8. Google Merchant Center

I use Google Merchant Center to manage product/business information in my Google account (e.g., product feeds). This does not necessarily involve the use of cookies on this website.

If additional Google services (e.g., Google tags) are used on this website, they are covered in the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy and — where required — are used only with your consent.

9. Google Ads / Google Tag / Conversion Tracking

I use Google Ads and the Google Tag to promote our services and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

If you access our website via a Google ad, Google may — provided that you have given your consent — store or access cookies or similar technologies on your device. This allows us to determine whether a user performs a specific action on our website after clicking on an ad, such as visiting a contact page or submitting an enquiry. This information helps us evaluate and improve the performance and relevance of our advertising.

In connection with Google Ads and the Google Tag, the following types of data may be processed: pages visited, ad clicks, technical information about the device and browser used, IP address, referrer URL, time of visit and information about completed conversion actions. The evaluation is generally carried out in aggregated form; Google does not provide us with information that enables us to directly identify individual users.

The processing takes place only on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website.

Where technically implemented, we use Google Consent Mode. This enables the consent status to be transmitted to Google so that Google Tags can adjust their behaviour according to your choices. If consent is not given, no advertising cookies are set for tracking purposes; however, Google may process cookieless signals in aggregated or modelled form where legally permissible.

Please note that when using Google services, the transfer of personal data to Google companies or servers outside the European Union, in particular to the United States, cannot be excluded. According to Google, such data transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy and in Google’s information on advertising technologies.
